Refunds & Returns Policy

What Can Be Returned:

We offer a 7-Day return policy on UNWORN necklaces, bracelets, and anklets. It was sent in if it is unworn and received back to us in the same condition. Please know that we issue STORE CREDIT ONLY, and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Store credit will be good for 60-days from the day we acknowledge receipt of your product back to our shop.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS SOLD ON MELYUANSCOLLECTION.COM DUE TO COVID-19. This includes nose rings, rings, earrings, and toe rings – there are no returns on these products (within our jewelry section).

DAMAGED or MISLABLED items can be returned for a refund to the original payment form if there is an error on our part. We would not want you stuck with an item that was received damaged. Please see below for further information. We will refund your payment for the item via our 7-day refund policy (and will also pay for the ground shipping to get it back to us). Before we ship a product out, we take photos of each item as part of our inspection process, so we will know what condition the product was in (therefore, it is at our sole discretion for the return under this category if we feel that a product has been tampered with, and not damaged when arriving at its destination). We are consumers, too, so we want to make you as comfortable as possible about your decision to purchase from us. We try to provide length and size for most of our products, so we ask that you pay close attention to it – especially for jewelry.

IMPORTANT: We also ask that you pay attention to the metal types when ordering our jewelry to ensure you are not allergic to it, as we will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur.

We are NOT in the business of misleading people; therefore, we ask that you please ensure that you have checked out the size charts before ordering purchases. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size. Or due to buyer’s remorse for a product (meaning you changed your mind). The above-stated includes but is not limited to jewelry, purses, sunglasses, apparel, specialty items, mugs, pillows, phone cases, etc. There can be no refunds for wrong size, color, item selection, etc.

Damaged Items:

Hey, as we stated above, we do not want you to be stuck with a damaged item! If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within two days of receiving the items to inform us[email protected] within two days of receiving the items to make us aware of the damages. Please take photos of the product as soon as it arrives. Please also provide us with the order number and the details.

We believe in accountability. If you are unsure if your item falls under the ‘damaged item’ category, please STILL contact us.

Please allow us up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be sent back to your PayPal or credit card account after we have received the item back.

According to our policy, if you would like to return any product eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have up to 7-days for a store credit to be issued.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items will be issued a refund (where specified). Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Digital Gift Cards:

Due to the nature of this product, digital gift cards are non-refundable (and will be valid up to a year from the date of purchasing).
